Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Cost and carrier

Delivery is £3.95 by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and free on orders over £50.
The cost is shown in full at checkout before you pay.

Timing

Our merchandise is packed and posted by hand, so we don't commit to a fixed
dispatch date. Where we haven't agreed a delivery date with you, we will
deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of your order.
If we miss that, you may treat the order as cancelled and receive a full
refund.

If something goes wrong

Goods remain at our risk until they are delivered to you, so anything lost
or damaged in transit is ours to put right. Email
support@onlyfarmers.co.uk with your order number and we'll replace it or
refund you.
